Birth Certificate

A certified copy of the child's birth certificate or valid national identity document.

Previous School Reports

Last two terms' school reports from the previous institution (Grade 2 and above).

Two recent passport-size photographs of the learner on a white background.

Immunisation Record

Valid immunisation/vaccination card for new Grade 1 entrants.

Parent/Guardian ID

Copy of parent or guardian's National Registration Card or passport.

How to Apply

The Admissions Process

Follow these simple steps to secure your child's place at Bright Blend.

Step 1: Submit Application

Complete the online form below or download a paper form from our office.

Step 2: Provide Documents

Submit certified copies of birth certificate, previous reports, and passport photo.

Step 3: Assessment

Learners in Grade 2+ complete a short placement assessment at the school.

Step 4: Parent Interview

A brief meeting with the headteacher or admissions officer.

Step 5: Offer & Enrolment

Receive your acceptance letter, pay fees and collect uniform.

Fees Structure 2026

All fees are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) per term. Fees are reviewed annually.
